DETAILS FROM FESTIVAL The Soulard Blues and Roots Festival is an annual festival celebrating the music, art, and culture of the St. Louis region, with a particular emphasis on the Historic Soulard neighborhood, where the art and culture of the Blues continues to live & thrive. This is a bring your own lawn chair event! Unless you purchase VIP Front row 1st-4th Row tickets a chair will be provided for the 4 front rows. New this year will sell VIP 4seated High-Top Tables in between the 2 stages on the Patio. This comes with 4 general admission tickets and each table will have 4 chairs provided & are Bar Height Chairs. Event is over 4 days Starting Friday Night September 4th thru Monday September 7th.
